Marvel has decided that there will be huge interest by the mainstream public in just who is set to die in the Fantastic Four #587 issue arriving this week, so much so, that we will be putting the comic out for sale on TUESDAY.
That's right, if you just can't wait to find out for yourself who will die(and ultimately return to life in less than a year), then come in and get your copy of this historic (for a few weeks)comic TOMORROW- TUESDAY JANUARY 25th. You will still have to come back on Wednesday for the rest of your comics, but it may save you from avoiding the internet for 24 hours for fear of all the morons who can't wait to spoil the story for you.
My personal opinion on the matter, is that someone at Marvel just looked at the on-sale list for this week and realized that their huge DEATH comic was about to be lost in the sea of Avengers and X-Men titles arriving, and figured the early release was the only way to guarantee a sell-out issue on something they've been hyping the heck out of for months.
Seriously though, Hickman has been writing a great story here, and I can't wait to see the pay-off myself.
It's got to be better than the last time one of them "died".
!!! WARNING TO HOPEFUL INVESTORS!!!
Copies of Fantastic Four "A Death in the Family", ended up in buck boxes and quarter bins all over North America within a month of its release.
