WEDNESDAY's COMICS

Hey, I just realized I forgot to show a picture of the comic rack last week. Oh well, here's this weeks shot. I got some help taking this shot from my littlest helper, Veronica, who wasn't really thrilled about working during March Break.

Marvel continues to amaze me with their stellar sales techniques. It's bad enough to put the title of the comic so low on the cover that you can't see it on a rack, but to do it for a comic that features the NEW costume of the main character, ....well that just ain't smart people.
There are a lot new titles I wish I had the time to read before this morning, but the important one was Fear Itself, or the prologue at least. From the looks of it, basically Captain Americas greatest enemy took control of an Asgardian weapon back in the '40's and his daughter , Sin, has finally figured out something to do with it. I can't help but get the feeling that this crossover event was developed by committee, as a way to tie together the 2 characters with movies coming out in a few months, or maybe I'm being too suspicious.

Damn blogger...
I might post more if I did not have to jump through hoops to post anything. Let's see if I can remember what I tried to post.
Post an entry here each Thursday encouraging people to post reviews of this week's books (regular and trade).
This means an actual review, not just "hated it", or "awesome, Wolverine killed soooo many ninjas". At the end of the month, a randomly selected, non-anonymous poster will win a prize (which they will have two weeks to claim).

Not really anonymous, just no blogger account
